hi , my son(17) has misophonia and he is doing the cbt therapy which is helping. my friend(58) in iowa is doing neurofeedback and he has lost his anger/rage at gum chewers after 15 sessions. so we started nfb and have had 8 sessions without the same results. it is working for kim who has had 44 sessions presently. its also helped with his ocd. he takes fish oil supplements and uses a product called the alpha stim every day for 20minutes. he has started his son, jack(misophonia and ocd) on the nfb also. my son takes a very low dose ssri for his anxiety disorder.
