Tasks for Day #7 (October 30, 2009)

Chosen Tasks:

#1) Spend an unbroken 30 minutes responding to email at work.

#2) Find a piece of candy at work and sacrifice it in a creative manner.

#3) Prepare a tasty raw food dish to share with a friend for dinner.

Randomly picked article: Nasal Irrigation–due to be posted on Sunday November 1st.

Listen to Goal Setting CD

Random Strategy From Personal Development for Smart People: #28 Delegation-I need convince someone else to do a task for me. I need to offer them a fair trade or reasonable payment.

Comments: I feel like I got an easy pick for the article as I have the nasal flush article mostly written. It just needs to be updated. I feel some resistance to the selected strategy–what I need to remember is that I do not need to make it overly complicated. I will talk to a friend about exchanging services.

Day 7 Results

I prepared a raw dish made from kelp noodles this morning. Should be good to go!

I am glad that I had myself tackle email for a half hour straight this morning–got pretty far in what I needed to get done.

As far as the sacrificial piece of candy–I grabbed a lifesaver on my way out of work and now my house stinks. Boo hoo. I decided to cremate and then give it a proper burial on Halloween or on the first day of my next Master Cleanse. The fire stinks and I did not get the job done. The lifesaver is now drowning in window washing liquid. Perhaps I can pay someone to properly dispose of it for me. It stinks!

I did my goal getter hypnosis CD–I am in and out when I do it, but when I am aware, I am really enjoying the wording. Scott Mcfall, you are a genius!

I have not worked on the Nasal Irrigation article, which is fine. I should have no trouble completing it over the weekend.

My task sending out a survey about organizational habits is producing good results–I am definitely getting advice that I will be acting upon.
