		<description>Thanks Teresa--if you don&#039;t have cherries readily available, strawberries and raspberries work great too.  You have quite a list of smoothies there!  I will try some of them--is there any one in particular you recommend?  I can always add spinach!</description>

I know, they aren&#039;t as good as yours, because most of them lack the veggies, but they are tasty!
